Since 2001, North Carolina's Division of Tourism has worked with Outpost Design and The Norman Group to create and maintain an eye-catching website and call center application that appeals to any person looking to explore our beautiful state of North Carolina. Well, it came time for a change for VisitNC.com and that change was a fresh, new look. The Norman Group was pulled in to help with the seamless transition to the new website, which included a new layout complete with new sections, graphics and a bit of site restructuring. Diamond Springs Moving Online

The Norman Group will complete an on-line bill payment and ordering system for Diamond Springs. Customers can securely log into the system, review invoices and statements, pay any open statements and submit order replenishments. The solution also gives the Diamond Springs administrative team the ability to add new users, create orders, removals and work orders at any given time.

This browser based application provides data management, robust billing and invoice generation and seamless integration to a nationally acclaimed Health Plan. The system was designed to reduce administrative redundancies and manage the overall eligibility and claims process.
