Project: Online Property Rental Transaction System
Website serves as marketplace for tenants and property owners.
E-commerce site developed using HTML, SQL Server, JavaScript, and ASP.
Property owners join as members to post properties, upload pictures, and complete lease agreements directly on site.
All paperwork necessary to facilitate and complete a rental transaction is stored on site.
Password protection allows only property owners to access the Admin section.
Tenants can search for and see pictures of available property and view floor plans.
Property owners can choose a preferred service contractor to perform work orders.
Administration capabilities for backend functionality.
