The Norman Group delivers many of its service offerings by teaming
one or more Analysts with one or more Developers. Additionally,
each project team is assigned a Project Manager and a Technical
Architect. The level of involvement of these resources depends
upon the project’s scale. By creating a team from resources with
different skill sets, The Norman Group offers clients a different
approach to IT projects. While executing our methodology, both
Analysts and Developers play different roles in the various Steps
and Segments. This allows the team to be involved in all aspects
of the project life cycle, but to focus on those areas that require
each resource’s specific skill sets.
